Florida Tour Blog - Space Rockets & Stonescapes
It's been a great week in Florida! Those palms are always a welcome sight after weeks of a cold UK winter...
The four shows in Ponte Vedra, Clearwater, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale all went off like a rocket, with our new line up including Lalle Larsson on keys and Felix Lehrmann on drums... I'm so proud of this amazingly talented band. And the crowds all gave a fantastic response too!
Jo and I went on some wonderful excursions...
Pal Mark took us, along with Felix to the Kennedy Space Centre on our day off. It's well worth visiting, and those rockets are extraordinary to look at close up!
Mark, Jo and I also visited the Vizcaya museum house with its incredible gardens, replete with Italianate statues, waterfall, grotto and a stone ship with statues onboard on the water's edge.
With pal Jack, we took a tour of the most amazing wall murals in Wynwood.
It was good to connect with people too ahead of the cruise, including Dave Kerzner, Francis Dunnery, Durga MacBroom and Armando Gallo, amongst other pals...
Many thanks to Brian, Adrian, Entourage Talent and all our team for such a great mini tour!
Now looking forward to Cruise To The Edge...
