Canada Tour blog - Sun-blessed days and explosive nights - October 2023

On the road again... We were all amazed to find ourselves back in summer sunshine on arrival in Montreal... Even the nights were balmy! The reception from everyone there was equally warm and we were thrilled to return to that beautiful city.

Jo and I met up with friends and had the chance to drink in the beauty of the Old Town, where tourists and locals alike were enjoying the sun amidst displays of gorgeous flowering plants.

The band and I played at the Palace des Arts to a large enthusiastic crowd and with an amazing new light show... The whole vibe was ecstatic and electric in every way!

Then on to Toronto, driving past beautiful leaves just starting to turn from green to golden yellow and deep red. It was great to see friends in that vibrant city as well, and again we played to a huge appreciative crowd.

Thank you Canada for giving us such a wonderful start to our North American tour. I look forward to returning as soon as possible!
