Genesis Extended show in Belo Horizonte cancelled
Steve sincerely regrets the cancellation of the Belo Horizonte show which is due to unforeseen issues with the logistics of this tour. Steve has every intention of returning to tour in Brazil in the future, and will be hoping to include Belo Horizonte in any future schedule.
TIME FOR FUN announced today that Steve Hackett Genesis Extended show in Belo Horizonte on March 5th has been cancelled due to travel and logistical issues.
The concerts in Rio de Janeiro (March 8th at Citibank Hall) and São Paulo (March 10th at Citibank Hall) remain unchanged. Those shows will still play and tickets are available for those who are interested to purchase them.
Anyone who purchased tickets for the show in Belo Horizonte will be refunded and has the option to re-purchase tickets for either the Rio or Sao Paulo shows. Starting December 16th, all clients who purchased tickets should visit their retail outlet to request refund. TIME FOR FUN and the Artist apologize for any inconvenience.
1) Purchases made in person (box office or other retail outlet):
a. Return to the same location where the purchase was made;
b. Present the ticket;
c. If the purchase has been made in cash, the repayment will occur through bank deposit;
d. If the purchase has been made by debit card, the amount will be credited on the card account used;
e. For purchases made by credit card, the amount will be credited on the card bill used.
2) Purchases made by Internet:
a. There is no need to request refund;
b. The amount paid will be credited to the card bill used.
