Here is the information that was put out by the promotion team when Steve's Verona show was cancelled last night due to unusually heavy rain:

Hereby we inform that,

In view of the adverse weather conditions and the weather forecasts for the next few hours that are making unusable and unsafe the area for the audience, we must regretfully announce that tonite show in Villafranca di Verona has to be cancelled.

The ticket holders can request a refund at the point of sale; customers that purchased them at Unicredit will instead be reimbursed directly from our offices in Via Carlo Cattaneo 14 in Verona.

Those who had bought them online can be reimbursed directly by the circuit presale (Ticketone or Geticket).

I possessori dei biglietti potranno richiedere il rimborso presso il punto vendita di acquisto; chi li avesse comprati presso le Filiali Unicredit potrà invece essere rimborsato direttamente presso i nostri uffici di Via Carlo Cattaneo 14 a Verona.

Chi invece li avesse acquistati online potrà essere rimborsato direttamente dal circuito di prevendita (Ticketone o Geticket).
