This UK tour has been special, with every stage filled with a complete orchestra alongside our six piece rock band...
What a fantastic sound for the Genesis Revisited show, with the Heart of England Orchestra conducted by amazing Canadian Brad Thachuk, enlarging all those pieces with a fantastic array of instruments. It's been a totally thrilling experience for both band, orchestra and every audience...
There were eight shows altogether, including Nottingham, Manchester, Royal Festival Hall London, Birmingham, Gateshead, Glasgow, Ipswich and Palladium London, all equally exciting and uplifting. The combination of orchestral power with band and the roar of the crowd was extraordinary!
A big thank you to conductor Brad, his brother Steve and Tod of Todmobile for the orchestrations, Helen Fitzgerald for coordinating the orchestra and to orchestra leader Charlie Beresford. Many thanks as well to special guests Amanda Lehmann and John Hackett, tour managers Brian Coles and Adrian Holmes and to agencies Solo and Kilimanjaro.
