My thanks to everyone who has given such fantastic feedback on my autobiography, which very much came from the heart. It felt great to be able to revisit many special memories from my whole life including Genesis days, and then to share them with you all.
What a strange time this is. I was glad to be able to put out those videos to help everyone through in the darkest weeks of Lockdown. Thank you all for buying the support the crew t-shirts. This is a particularly tough time for them.
I'm thrilled that my Selling England & Spectral Live release is about to come out next month. It's the next best thing to seeing us all play live! My thanks for your patience, as I realise we've had to defer all this year's shows to 2021 and 2022 now. It's a disappointment for us all, but we'll make it a hugely wonderful experience next year...
It feels odd to be at home on a strange sabbatical from my essentially nomadic life! Jo and I are careful, but we get out for drives and trips to those fabulous big wide open spaces, like Richmond Park, Kew Gardens and Hyde Park, as well as countryside walks. Exercise and visual stimulus always feeds the imagination.
On week days I continue to record with Roger and those creative fires are burning bright... Several other musicians who sent their contributions remotely are involved too. It won't be long now before I announce my next passionate project, so watch this space!
Take great care and stay safe...
